Principles

How we move forward

Our way of working is supported by four principles that guide each action.

Territorial listening

Territorial listening

We are an organization that begins with active listening as a political and community practice, recognizing that territories are not interpreted from outside but walked, felt and built with those who inhabit them, understanding their realities, knowledges and needs as the foundation for any collective action.

Latin American weaving across Abya Yala

Latin American weaving across Abya Yala

We conceive ourselves as a weave that connects youth across Abya Yala, articulating local processes with a regional perspective, where scientific, ancestral and community knowledges intertwine to build responses from cultural and territorial diversity.

Influence

Influence

We exercise a technical and political presence in multilateral spaces where the present and future are defined, bringing territorial voices to spaces like COP, the United Nations and other global arenas, with substantive rather than symbolic participation in decision-making.

Continuous training

Continuous training

We strengthen collective capacities through schools, workshops and mentorships that promote learning from experience, accompaniment and dialogue between knowledges, committing to sustained processes over time rather than isolated interventions.

Socio-environmental justice

Socio-environmental justice

We work to transform structural inequalities across our territories, recognizing that the climate crisis is also a rights crisis, so we promote actions that integrate equity, intersectionality and the defense of life in all its forms.

Communication and narratives

Communication and narratives

Spaces to create, tell and mobilize through communication, building narratives that connect territory with other arenas and strengthen collective influence.
