Team CEIBA (Mexico)
Team CEIBA weaves territorial processes in Mexico, supporting, training and sustaining those who are part of the journey. From here, local initiatives are strengthened, cared for and allowed to grow from the territory with collective meaning.
Team CAOBA (Colombia)
Team CAOBA coordinates territorial work in Colombia, connecting communities, spaces for construction and actions that take place across territories. It is the team that drives organization and action from the local into broader processes.
Team YARUMO (External support and volunteering)
Team YARUMO is an open space for those who are not directly part of Tierra Nuestra but want to get involved in the processes and contribute voluntarily in different influence spaces.

No. Tierra Nuestra supports training processes so any young person interested can develop their leadership.
It depends on the role. There are flexible commitments of a few hours per week, as well as more intensive roles in summits or specific projects.
Volunteering is not paid, but we cover participation expenses for delegations and projects when possible.
Our national teams are in Mexico, Colombia and Ecuador, but you can be located anywhere in Latin America.
